Steve and Susan Cook were employed in the service industry for over 30 years in Delaware, where they still maintain a residence in the beach resort area of "Slower Lower Delaware", Sussex County.

Susan owned and operated a new construction cleaning service before fulfilling her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse nearly 30 years ago.

In Delaware, she worked at the Administrative level as a professional nurse.

After moving to Florida, Susan accepted a position with The Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) as a Registered Nurse Specialist to conduct surveys of facilities and agencies for certification and licensure by State and Medicare/Medicaid.

Before moving to Southwest Florida in 2013, Steve was owner/CEO of a successful Industrial, Commercial Cleaning and Restoration Business with clients such as Hercules, DuPont, and ICI America's, Christiana Care Hospital, and various medical facilities in Delaware with over 100 employees.

Steve worked with major insurance companies from minor claims to Catastrophic events such as Hurricane Sandy. He also worked with General Contractors / Home Builders in the new construction phase, pre and post home delivery.

After moving to Florida, Steve worked for a major home builder in Client Relations / Home Warranty. Overseeing properties in Mediterra, Quail West, and Miromar Lakes to name a few. Meeting with the homeowners for post construction repairs and maintenance, home watch and storm preparation. He collaborated with only the most reliable trade partners to ensure quality workmanship to meet the client's specific requests and concerns to their utmost satisfaction.

Steven and Susan are both proud members of the Naples Elks Lodge #2010, where Susan served as a Senior officer and Steven served as a Trustee for several years.

Steven and Susan maintain their membership in the East Sussex Moose Lodge #2542 in Frankford, DE, enjoying time at the lodge when in town.
